This policy defines the rules, costs, and delivery times for orders placed in the RAGEBORNSTUDIO online store.

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping within Poland / to InPost parcel lockers for orders over 250 PLN.
France:

Shipping costs to France are calculated individually in the cart based on the selected method and order weight.
2. Order Processing and Shipping Time
Order Processing Time: This is the time required to prepare and dispatch your order.

Standard Orders: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Made-to-Order Products: For customized or special-order products, processing time may take 7-14 business days. The extended processing time is always indicated in the product description.
Total Delivery Time: This is the sum of order processing time and carrier delivery time.
3. Shipment Tracking
After dispatch, the customer will receive an automatic email with a tracking number that allows tracking the shipment on the carrier’s website.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, the costs of reshipping will be charged to the customer.
4. International Shipping
Shipping within the EU: Possible. Shipping costs are calculated individually in the cart based on the destination country and package weight.
Shipping outside the EU: Please contact us to arrange shipping options and costs.
5. Procedure in Case of Damaged Shipments
Package Inspection: Please check the condition of the shipment in the presence of the courier or upon collection from the parcel locker (if possible).
Damage Report: If damage is found (e.g., torn or wet packaging), a damage report must be immediately prepared in the presence of the delivery person. This report is necessary for handling any claims.
Contact: Please notify us by email at ragebornbusiness@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the shipment, attaching a copy of the damage report and photos of the damages.
