14-Day Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with all labels attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new item once your return is approved.
14-Day Withdrawal Period in the European Union
If an item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with labels attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
